"John Nettles" is trying a new e-mail address which is a slight variation of his original, which is nettlesjohn213@gmail.com. I just received an e-mail from him, and it's a good thing I read this blog before any business was conducted.
I got a couple messages from "Dr. John Nettles", but had a hard time believing anything, as the grammar was reminiscent of a lot of spamverts I've gotten in e-mails. Here's a copy of the 2 e-mails that were sent:
1) Hello,
I hope you are doing fine today..Can you pls let me know if you are able to give lessons my Son and how much it will cost for a minimum time of 3hrs per week.
Pls get back to me asap so as to proceed with the arrangement.

Honestly, what doctor goes by the name "Dr. John" and uses the shortened "Pls" in a message? I responded with a message stating my rates (which were already in the advertisement) and asking about their location, and got this e-mail:

I received almost an identical email about Tutoring his 16 yr old daughter "Mary" who is coming on vacation for a month. He gave his name as Michael White, said he was from UK but grew up here in States and had the email: On: Jan 01/24/10
Grammar was poor, words didn't make sense. I'm glad I checked thie scam alert before proceeding! Also found mention of Michael White who had fraud, assault, and other charges against him in UK last year. BEWARE!
